7 DAYS KENYA TRIP AND BEACH HOLIDAY

Day 1: Nairobi/Masai Mara

Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi as you drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley with beautiful viewpoints along the way. You arrive at the famous Masai Mara National Reserve in time for lunch at your lodge or camp, followed by a short rest. In the afternoon, you enjoy your first game drive across the vast savannah, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and possibly predators like lions or cheetahs as they begin to become active in the cooler hours. The golden sunset over the plains offers stunning photography moments before you return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay. Accommodation: Ngenche Camp or Entrim Camp.

 

Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve

You spend a full day exploring the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, starting with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active and predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs are often on the move. After breakfast, you continue your safari across different sections of the reserve, tracking large herds of elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and antelopes across the endless savannah plains. You may also visit the Mara River, where hippos and crocodiles are commonly seen, and if the season is right, you could witness parts of the Great Migration. In the afternoon, you continue game viewing or return to the lodge for rest before heading out again for a sunset drive, ending the day with beautiful views and dinner at Ngenche Camp or Entrim Camp.

 

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha

After an early breakfast at Masai Mara National Reserve, you check out and begin your drive toward the Great Rift Valley, enjoying scenic views of rolling hills, Maasai villages, and expansive landscapes along the way. You arrive at Lake Naivasha around midday, check in at your lodge, and have lunch before enjoying a relaxing afternoon. You can take a boat ride on the lake to see hippos and abundant birdlife, or visit Crescent Island for a walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes in a peaceful, open setting.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha – Nairobi – Diani Beach

After breakfast at Lake Naivasha, you drive back to Nairobi, enjoying the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley along the way. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you transfer to the airport for your flight to the coast. You then fly to Diani, where you arrive at the beautiful white sandy beaches of Diani Beach on Kenya’s south coast. After check-in at your beach hotel, you spend the evening relaxing by the ocean, enjoying the warm Indian Ocean breeze, sunset views, and a peaceful coastal atmosphere after your safari adventure. Day 5-6: Diani Beach

You spend two relaxing days at Diani Beach on Kenya’s south coast, enjoying the white sandy beaches, clear turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, and warm tropical weather. These days are perfect for unwinding after your safari, with options to swim, sunbathe, or enjoy water activities such as snorkeling, diving, kayaking, or a dhow cruise along the coast. You can also explore nearby attractions like Wasini Island or the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park for dolphin spotting and coral reef experiences, or simply relax at your beach resort with ocean views and fresh seafood meals. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, giving you time to rest and reflect on your safari adventure before the journey ends.

 

Day 7: Diani to Nairobi

After breakfast and depending on your flight home, you will check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport to catch the flight to Nairobi. You will arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and await your onward flight.
